These terms govern your use of the Rosas Collection website and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order you accept them. Please replace this placeholder text with terms reviewed by your own legal advisor.
An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm dispatch. We may refuse or cancel an order if the item is out of stock, if the price was listed in error, or if we cannot verify the delivery details.
All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept cash on delivery and direct bank transfer. For bank transfer, goods are dispatched once payment is received in our account.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. If nobody is available to receive a cash-on-delivery parcel after two attempts, the order may be returned to us and cancelled.
Unworn items with their tags attached may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Worn, washed or altered items cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or incorrect. See our Return & Refund Policy for the full process.
We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours can look slightly different on different screens, and handwork varies slightly from piece to piece.
You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Lahore have exclusive jurisdiction.
