Free delivery on orders over Rs 3,000 — all over Pakistan
Unworn items with the tags still attached can come back within 7 days of delivery — for an exchange or a refund. Worn, washed or altered items cannot, unless they arrived damaged or wrong.
Message us on WhatsApp or email info@rosascollection.pk with your order number and a photo of the item. We will confirm within one working day and arrange a pickup.
Once the item reaches us and passes a quick check, we refund within 5–7 working days — to your bank account for prepaid orders, or by bank transfer for cash-on-delivery orders.
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will replace it and cover the courier cost both ways.
