When you shop with us we collect your name, email address, phone number and delivery address, along with your order history. If you create an account we also store a securely hashed version of your password — never the password itself.
To process and deliver your orders, to contact you about an order, to handle returns, and — only if you opt in — to send you occasional emails about new products.
Your name, address and phone number are shared with the courier delivering your parcel. We do not sell your data to anyone, ever.
We do not collect or store card details. Cash on delivery is settled with the courier; bank transfers happen in your own banking app, and we only store the reference number you give us.
We use a small number of cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your cart. There are no advertising cookies on this site.
